Ribbon girl card challenge - Hearts

Hi there !
Gosh, another weekend gone, and its February already. We'll just have to blink and it will be Christmas again. Where does the time go?
My boys are back at school now, so we're back to normal - whatever that is.

My card is also for the Ribbon Girl February card challenge - Hearts! The challenge is sponsored by both Ribbon Girl and Lili of the Valley - fantastic prizes for the lucky winner :) I wish I could enter!

My card today is for a good friend of mine who is getting married in 5 days! Its very exciting :) Unfortunately I can't go to the wedding, but I will be with them in spirit. Knowing my friend, it will be a beautiful wedding with every little detail perfect.

I've coloured up the gorgeous Magnolia Love Cake from the Love 2009 collection. I've used the Paper Tole technique to make it 3d and stand out from the card a little. I've stamped around the edge of the image with a LOTV Grunge A5 clear stamp set using Antique Linen DI. The papers are Magnolia, as is the heart die cut border.

Lots of sparkles :) Just perfect for my friend.

I guess that is it for me today! I hope you get a chance to enter the Hearts card challenge.
Until later in the week, Hugs x
