Heyyyyyy YA!

Happy Fathers Day to all the Dad's celebrating today :o) My hubby has had a nice morning of a sleep in, cuddles with the boys and a yummy breaky (wentelteefjes - YUM). So he is pretty satisfied with his morning so far.

My project today is for Magnolia Down Under Challenges this week. Our challenge is "Frame It".

I bought the Tim Holtz Small Easel Die a few weeks ago as I had seen my gorgeous MDUC Teamie Anne use it a couple of times and I thought what a great idea. So that is what is behind my frame holding it up. I forgot to take a picci of it though, silly :S I finally inked up adorable little Karate Tilda from the new Winner Takes It All collection and masked her with the Magnolia Tree from the Hoppy Easter Collection. Of course it is all coloured with Copics :o)  To achieve the 'white' on Tilda's Gi I coloured with W 3, 1, 0 and BV 31 to get some nice shaddows. I thought she deserved a black belt hahaha. I asked my Hubby if she could have a pink belt but apparently the highest rank is a red belt so sorry Tilda!

The stunning flowers, Seam binding and silver corners are all Wild Orchid Crafts. I have a post up on the Wild Orchid Crafts blog a bit later today with links to all of the beautiful goodies I have used.

I've used my Doo Hickey die "Antique Lace" around the frame for a bit of extra girlieness. The paper is 7 Gypsies lightly inked with DI Antique Linen and then stitched in linen thread.

We would love to see you Frame It projects at the MDUC blog this week. There is a great prize for the lucky winner from Shop Bron this week.

If you would like to enter my candy (see sidebar) there is only 5 days to go!

Thanks for your visit here today :o) Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Hugs x
