Hi there! Did you have a great weekend? I can't believe it is Tuesday already, where do the days go?
Over the weekend I did a bit more scrappin :)! I had a teeny bit of time so I had a play with the June kit from My Scrapbook Nook. It is chock full of gorgeous Lily Bee Designs papers. Love em!

The pics are from the same day when the boys were playing in our bed. These are only Aiden though. He is a funny little boy. He is either UP and a hillarious little clown or he is DOWN and the sookiest of little sooks. Thankfully he is up more than down. And a good tickle usually solves most problems.

Anyway, my layout :) I've distressed and inked all of the edges with DI Walnut stain and everything is stitched together. Those alphas are Jillibean Soup Burlap alphabeans and the little letters are a part of the kit and are from Lilly bee Designs.  The woodcuts were also in the kit and are Pink Paislee. I've just given them a coat of white gesso and didn't bother with anything else over it, I liked the fresh look. The pleated trim is Maya Road.

Do you like the gorgeous White Organza Rose trim? It is new at Wild Orchid Crafts this month. I cut a length of Brown Bakers Twine and created a little loop to highlight the photo too and stuck it down with glossy accents. The flowers are White Flat Gardenias and 25 mm Wild Roses in 2 tone Lilac and aqua.

I know it is a bit of a frilly and floral page for a little boy, but I figured the wood cuts would balance it out :)

I'm having some trouble photographing my layouts nice and square. If anyone has any tips, I'd be happy to hear them :)

Anyway, I just want to enter my L/O into a couple of challenges:

Umm... I think that is all from me until Thursday this week! Its been a bit busy around here, I'm doing my Spring clean a bit early, hehe.

Have a great week! Hugs x
