Hahaha - yes, a plea for kindness :) After a little bit of reassurance from my watercolouring friends, I've decided to share a card I made over the weekend where I watercoloured the image - OMG - yes - watercoloured!
Most of you know that I am a Copic girl, through and through! I've never been very good at watercolouring, it requires patience :) But sometimes I just want to paint, so on the weekend, that is what I did. I actually painted two images. This one is Shopping Tilda from the Bon Voyage collection.
Tilda's skin looks a little olive as I painted in Vintage Photo... I only have four DI's so made do with some Stampin Up inks I had in my drawer. I need to get a few more colours of DIs if I want to paint more. The papers are Prima Annalee (yup, again!).
So yes, something a little different from me today! I'm feeling brave so wanted to share :)
Now... for some challenges...
The ABC Challenge - Sparkle
Totally Gorjuss - Bling it on
Stamptacular Sunday - Pile it on
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Flowers
The Crazy Challenge - 3 different papers
If I get a card done with the other image I've painted might show you. Its nice to try something a bit different for a change.
Thanks for checking in with me today! I'll be back tomorrow with my Whiff of Joy Challenges DT card to share with you.
Hugs Kylie xx
