Magnolia Down Under Challenges #78

**This is my 2nd post of the day. Please scoll down to see my Tickled Pink Stamps preview post**

Its time! Its time! Magnolia Down Under Challenges are back from our little holiday! We're all refreshed and ready to go with a wonderful year of challenge planned for you.

This week we have a great sketch to play with by our very own Karen.  I thought I would let little Tilda and Edwin have a small holiday of their own this week and I inked up the cute Wilma instead. I have had this little puppy for almost a year now and she's only seen ink once ... isn't that bad? She is just too cute to be ignored like that.

Karen's sketch was just PERFECT for these amazing Pink Paislee "Sweetness" papers that I've been hoarding. They are far too pretty to cover much of it up, I've used the Doo Hickey die Tilda's lace and the sentiment "a gift from the heart" as well. The ribbon is some seam binding I've coloured with pink and yellow ink to give it a bit of a tie dye affect, yup, I couldn't decide which colour I wanted to go with, hahaha.

You have a week to play along with us and with a sketch this fabby, why wouldn't you? I can't wait to see what you come up with!!

Some challenges to play in are:
The Shabby Tea Room - Use 11 elements (I've got: patterned paper, ric rak, ribbon, lace, die cut  and punched borders, button, string, machine stitching, flowers, inked edges, brads!)

Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)
Hugs xx

  4. WOW Kylie hun!! :D
This card just sucked me in :) It´s so beautiful! And I adore your seembinding, it´s so cute. You know what? You can usually sense a persons favourite color to create in. You usually take a step longer, have more embellies and so on but I must say: it doesn´t matter which colors you use or which combies you choose to go for : it always turns out this stunning!! Hugs!
