Ohhhhh - another boy card from me! I tend to struggle a bit with boy cards as I can't really go and stick a bunch of pretty flowers or some apply a generous amount of stickles... well, I guess I could...
Anyway, it is my Mad for Markers day and I've chosen to share with you my card using this gorgeous little boy called Oliver from The Greeting Farm set "My Favourite Things". Isn't he adorable? (If you like him, he is available at Tickled Pink Stamps) I've used the sketch from Friday Sketchers from lovely Tanja.
Little Oliver is coloured with Copics:
Skin: E 11, 00, 000, 93 (cheeks)
Hair: E30, 31, 34, 55 (gold spica for just a bit of sparkle, I couldn't help myself)
Clothes/shoes: E 31, 34, 37, B 21, 23, 36, YG 91, 95
Fishbowl: B 0000, 000, 00
Fish: YR 01, 04

I struggled to embellish this little guy, but ended up using some blue string, green eyelets to thread the string through, some cute ribbon with zig zags on it around some mesh ribbon, a little silver fish charm and some cardstock brackets that I cut using the Nestabilities Labels 1 and doodled using a white gel pen. There is also some Crystal Effects on the fish bowl to make it look like glass.
So! Some challenges for him to go and play in are:
this is awesome - i LOVE oliver & his little fish bowl - you did an amazing job coloring and i think the embellishments are just perfect!
