My card is an easel card with a built in pressie drawer.
I've used a few bits and pieces from Kellie's store Tickled Pink Stamps (yes, they do ship stamps internationally too), the pink tassel, cream lace, pearl Flourish with a Bling.
The heart locket is an actual locket too! It opens! And what is inside the locket?

For those of you who don't know Kellie (umm.. where have you been? lol) she is the owner of Tickled Pink Stamps, the founder of many a challenge blog, friend to all and affectionately known as Waffles :) She was my first follower when I started out entering challenges and since then I have followed her around entering her challenges and more recently being fortunate enough to be a part of her DTs.
Amazing people usually have amazing friends as well... and Kellie is no exception here either. If you started this blog hop prior to visiting me, you will already know that Debbie and Kristy organised for a new Lil Lolita stamp (Kellie's own line of stamps!) to be created, a Kell-ita, a very special stamp that is Kellie, then gave it to all of us to make her a birthday card. And to top that off, they organised this secret special birthday blog hop to end all blog hops just for her.
Kellie - do you feel extra special yet? Good.
So.. without further ado (seems it is my turn to waffle) here is my Kellita birthday card:

ReplyDeleteThe roses, ribbon and tassle makes this card delicate looking. I really like the small pearl in her ear, but for some reason I imagined her with a hoop earring... don't know why. Thanks for sharing and inspiring!
