Good morning !! Marina has released another digi over at The Stamping Bazaar! This is Shy Sammy. How cute is he? Or is Sammy a she? I guess it is all up to you! There will be two Sammy's shortly - with Sammy with Ball being released in the coming weeks, along with Bikkie the Platypus and a cute Otter. I know I am looking forward to seeing what is going to come next!
So, I am going to enter this card into two challenges:
I used some sweet papers by Making Memories and coloured Sammy with my Copics. I think I got the fur a little too dark in some places though.
COPIC TIP: When colouring fur, I let the layers of colour dry in between so the ink sits on top of the last layer. If you go too fast, the ink is still wet and the colours start to melt together.
Here is a close up of my colouring. I put some crystal effects on the little hearts to make them shine :) And some spica on his little tuft.
