I am still at my craft desk trying to get the last minute things done... ! I bet I am not the only one though!
I have made these frames for my mother in law as part of my Secret Santa gift to her. The photos are my little boys, and were taken this week. Little Jarred (or Jad-jad as he calls himself) has a big bruise on his cheek and the start of a black eye.. a little reminder to him to "SIT ON YOUR BOTTOM"! as Mummy keeps reminding him. And yes, my bubby Aiden is really that fair! He has the most beautiful pale skin and white hair. Both of my little boys also have those baby blue eyes that you can just look into forever. I'm so lucky to have such gorgeous kids. Anyway, I'm rambling!
The little Peter Rabbits on each frame are stamped and coloured by me. I found a set of Beatrix Potter clear stamps at my local Spotlight store for only $5 and they had to come home with me! They were perfect for these frames - which I found at the $2 shop - for $4 each (go figure?!). The rest of the goodies are from my ever growing stash.
Jad-jad's frame:

Aiden's frame:

A close up of little Peter

And a sweet little charm for Oma

These little darlings are also for some challenges! Ha ha!
Allsorts Challenge week 32 has Anything but a card
Easy Craft Projects challenge #2 is either a Christmas bag, Stocking, Calendar, Recycled jar or Picture Frame - I've obviously chosen the picture frame!
The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge #63 - Last minute gifts
One Stop Craft Projects - challenge # 60 - Recycled (value added frames!)
Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all have a lovely day with family tomorrow and eat lots of yummy things.
