Well, after a very busy month during August, I am so relieved that it is September and Spring! Last night I sat down and made a card. Yes, I know, I know, nothing unusual there :o) But I didnt have any reason to do it other than I wanted to. It was really refreshing to have the time to just sit and create and enjoy it.
One of my bloggy besties, Kellie recently sent me a bunch of stamps that she no longer uses and this is one of them - Shabby Tilda. Isn't she a sweetie? (Kellie and Tilda of course haha). I really love the stamps from around 2008ish, this is the time that I discovered Magnolia stamps and my addiction began so they mean something quite special to me.
The card was cut using a Grand Nestie on my Grand Callibur. Because I dont have a lot of the Grand dies yet, I cut the circles for the card on my Cricut.
I followed the sketch at Mojo Monday (#206). I also want to play along with Just Magnolia/Hanglar challenge - Anything goes with opt Circles and Simply Magnolia - Anything Goes.

The sentiment is by Lili of the Valley. All of the gorgeous flowers, lace, seam binding are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
So that is it from me today. I hope to have some else to show you later in the week.
Have a fantastic Sunday and don't forget to enter my candy if you haven't already (check out my sidebar)!!

ReplyDeleteVery very pretty! It makes me laugh when you say it is September and Spring! We are getting ready to go into Fall here in the U.S. (my favorite season) I have a question ~ do you color your stamp and then cut it out or do you cut it out and then color it? I am new to stamping & coloring. Thanks!
